ANWBN Board of Trustees

The coalition’s board of trustees is a key part of the structure that keeps the organization afloat.  They act as a guide to the National Executive and support the coalition for success. The board will meet quarterly (four times every year) and it is a 10-woman team whose current members are:

  1. Engr. Johanna Olu Maguka (Chairperson)
  2. Iyalode Alaba Lawson
  3. Mrs Titilola Adisa (Pioneer National Coordinator)
  4. Barrister Joy Okpala
  5. Chief (Mrs) Anita Nana Okuribido
  6. Mrs Modupe Oyekunle
  7. Mrs Saydautu Mahdi
  8. Mrs Toki Mabogunje
  9. Mrs Patricia Agbakwu
  10. Mrs Mary Madu Hamman

The BOT has three clear cut functions:

  1. To intervene when there is clear abandonment in the coalition’s vision and mission.
  2. To mediate in any disruptive disagreements or conflicts.
  3. To continue to give moral and ethical guidance to the coalition.
